For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we sat down with Sofia, a Support Coordinator at Zest Care.
What is your job role?
Support coordination. I help link clients with the right providers based on their needs, assist them with sourcing providers and coordinate a range of supports to help clients participate fully in the community.
Who do you work closely with?
On a daily basis I work closely with my clients and also providers that are able to assist my clients with their NDIS plan.
What do you love about your job?
I love assisting my clients to build the skills they need, plus providing them with knowledge about the NDIS.
It’s also wonderful being part of someone’s life and assisting them towards a better future. There could not be a better or more rewarding feeling!
