Looking for a career that’s both rewarding and challenging?
Why not consider working with us at Zest Care? We have a range of exciting roles across all functions of our person-centred care business.
As the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) continues to roll out across Australia, the demand for qualified Support Workers continues to soar. The introduction of the NDIS is thought to have been responsible for thousands of jobs in NSW alone, and many of those are with us!
At Zest Care we pride ourselves on matching our clients with professionally trained Support Workers, Family Support Workers and other Direct Supports. While certification is not mandatory, to increase your chances of securing work with us it is recommended that you complete at least a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or (Aged Care), or a Certificate IV in Community Services. Our clients and their families feel most comfortable knowing that they are in experienced hands!
We also hire for other positions based in Head Office, ranging from those with direct contact with clients (such as Plan Managers and Support Coordinators), to positions in a range of areas including Marketing and Operations. It is equally important to us that these roles are filled by compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to focus on the inclusion, rights and dignity of our clients. Experience required will depend on the individual, but we encourage only those who are passionate about our industry to apply. We’re all about attitude!
Our commitment to our employees extends throughout the duration of their contract, whether they are employed on a permanent or casual basis. We are dedicated to ensuring both personal and career growth in order to best meet the needs of our employees and our clients.
