For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we will be meeting Emma, our Customer Engagement Coordinator who works closely with referring organisations and families.
What is your job role?
My position within Zest is the Customer Engagement Coordinator. My work brings me into contact with so many people. Our customers and their carers, referrers and other service providers as well as my team here at Zest.
What do you love about your job?
I love knowing that I’m making a difference in people’s lives and that I get the best of both worlds; learning and developing in a professional capacity and also still engaging with our customers. I’m working in an industry that has been my passion since finishing school and studying psychology. I love that I’m playing a role in the development and growth of Disability Services within Zest whilst working with a great team.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
I have been part of the Zest team for 4 months but have worked in the disability sector for 8 years.
