For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we will be speaking with Sali, our IT Projects Consultant.
What is your job role?
I am the IT Project Consultant at Zest Care. I work with internal staff and management to improve business processes to ensure applications and communications are made as easy as possible for both referrer and families.
What do you love about your job?
So many things. I love that I get to learn something new every day. The satisfaction I get out of learning and problem solving – helping people to fix issues which allows them to complete their jobs more effectively and efficiently. I also enjoy coming up with solutions (like the online forms and implementation of iPads for internal staff) to ensure ease of access to our service for both internal staff and our participants and families. These digital solutions make it easier for families and participants to apply meaning that those who need our help can get it sooner with as little stress as possible.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
I have been working with Zest since December 2015.

In 100 years from now it won’t matter what car I drove, the house I lived in or how much money I had, but the world may be a better place because I have helped to change the life of someone for the better.
