Protecting our Clients

We are aiming to maintain a high level of service during the current COVID-19 situation without placing our clients at any undue risk. We’re following The World Health Organisation, Australian Government and state health authorities’ advice. We are ensuring everyone at Zest – our clients, carers, families, support workers, staff and all others remain safe.

Services will continue as normal and we will ensure that all support workers utilise appropriate measures as recommended by the Department of Health to ensure that they maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene.

Please keep us informed if there are any changes at your home so that we can all remain safe and able to care for you.

Zest will offer the following additional service effective from 17th March 2020:

Community Access Service

We can provide community access to take advantage of the dedicated shopping hour between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM at your local supermarket. Please contact our office should you wish to make these arrangements.

We are monitoring the situation and following official advice. We will continue to update you.
