Important Information for Clients: COVID-19
We are closely monitoring the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in NSW and Victoria. We are communicating with our Support Workers to ensure they have the most up-to-date and current information available.
We strongly recommend using the COVIDSafe App for effective contact tracing. Additionally, we have recently surveyed our Support Staff to determine if they attended any of the known transmission sites in south west Sydney - seeking to manage any possible risks to our clients.
Your health and safety are of paramount concern, and we recommend wearing a mask or face covering for all support services. We are advising our Support Workers to also maintain this requirement. If you are unable to wear a face mask or would prefer that your Support Worker does not – please contact your local Zest office.
As per previous arrangements, if you are unwell, or have had contact with someone who has COVID-19, please contact your local Zest Office or 1300 844 127.
We will keep in touch with you about your regular Support Workers and advise of any changes with as much notice as possible.
