Emma Douglass works on the frontline for Zest Care. As Customer Engagement Coordinator, Emma is out in the field every week meeting with NDIS Participants as their first point of contact in accessing Supports.
“I sit down with clients and really nut out what they’re looking for, whether that’s community access, direct support or personal care.”
With a psychology degree and eight years experience in the disability sector, Emma brings knowledge, passion and honesty to her work.
“Why I love working with Zest Care is that we go above and beyond. We don’t promise the world…because we can’t deliver it. What we do do is try our best for every client and they appreciate that honesty.”
Emma loves her job and says that “the small wins keep you coming back every day.”
