For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we will be meeting Rachael, an Operations Consultant who helps to select the best In-Home Educarers that suit our families.
What is your job role?
My position within Zest is the Operations Consultant where my main duty is to place In-Home Educarers into the family’s home. I work closely with referrers, families and Educarers to ensure the best Educarer is placed with each family in terms of their requirements and goals.
What do you love about your job?
I love that everyday is different. I love that I get to speak to so many people and build relationships with all of our clients.
My absolute favourite part of my job is hearing the happiness and joy in our clients’ voices when we are able to help and knowing that while each action may take up just a small moment of my day, it makes a huge difference in our clients’ lives.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
