Our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month is all about getting to know Bianca Carboni, one of Zest Care’s fantastic employees based in Illawarra. As she’s new to the organisation, we’re excited to see how she’s settling in and how she can bring her own individual energy to the team. Let’s get to know a little more about her!
What is your job role?
I am a recruiter for the Illawarra/Shoalhaven area.
What do you love about your job?
I love being a part of bringing in new support workers and getting them excited to work in the industry and with Zest.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
Less than two months, so I am just a newbie!
When you have 30 minutes to yourself, how do you pass the time?
I am obsessed with mowing my lawn, I love it! If I’m at home and have 30 minutes I would definitely pull out the mower.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Riding a motorbike! Surfing as well, which I am working on at the moment.

After a very short time, it’s clear how person-centred the teams here are. This is true both across Illawarra and Recruitment. I’m so happy to be a part of it!
