For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we will be meeting Gabie, our Outcomes Coordinator who works closely with the Family Services Team and Educarers to help families achieve their goals.
What is your job role?
My position within Zest is the Outcomes Coordinator. I work closely with our Family Services Team and our Educarers to ensure that the service provided aligns to the needs and goals of each family.
What do you love about your job?
I love knowing that we can make a difference to the lives of numerous families and children. Having worked as an Educarer for many years I have witnessed just how essential our service is to many families.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
I worked as an Educarer for just under four years and then became the Outcomes Coordinator in November last year.

It’s important to remind ourselves at the end of everyday of the difference we make to so many children and their families.
