The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way of providing funding for disability support for eligible participants.
This is a revolutionary initiative for anyone living with a disability or supporting someone living with a disability. The NDIS is all about the individual and helping them to get the most out of what they want in life. Whether it be getting a job, pursuing a passion or wanting to become more independent, Zest Care will work with you to find the right support worker to implement your plan, on your terms.
If you have an NDIS Plan, please contact Zest Care to discuss how we could provide person-centred supports for your plan.

About NDIS Funding
The NDIS can pay for supports that are reasonable and necessary. This means they are related to a person’s disability and are required for them to live an ordinary life and achieve their goals.
Assistance from the NDIS is not means tested and has no impact on income support such as the Disability Support Pension and Carers Allowance.

“Our Support Worker Kirsty is lovely and she and Alex get on so well. Zest Care put a lot of work into matching the right Support Worker to Alex, and they would’ve changed it if it didn’t work out. Luckily she did! Kirsty is often there at 6am in the morning when we’re all in our pajamas…so it is important that everyone is comfortable.”Jackie Scollard
“The support I get from Zest Care allows me to be the mother I always wanted to be. Having that support has ensured that I don’t slip back into depression and that my son isn’t in any danger.”Kirsty
“Due to her multiple disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Cortical Vision Impairment, Right Side Spastic Quadriplegia and Autistic Spectrum Disorder, our six year old daughter Georgia is in need of constant day-to-day care. Zest Care provides our family with invaluable support, especially on the days when Georgia’s behaviour is extremely disruptive. Without Zest Care Georgia would be missing out on a lot of vital experiences that help her learn and grow.”Chris & Kim Sindel
