For our ‘In The Spotlight’ piece this month, we will be meeting Rebecca, our Operations Consultant, who works closely to pair Educarers and families.
What is your job role?
My position is Operations Consultant, where I work mainly to place our Educarers into family homes. I work closely with our Educarers, families, as well as various departments within the Zest Care to pair families and Educarers to achieve the family’s individual goals.
What do you love about your job?
I love that I am working in an organisation that is so diverse and dynamic. I’m offered the chance to learn and grow through my colleagues experience and expertise, while adding to that environment with my experience in early childhood. Each day is always different and engaging but one thing is always the same, I get to make a difference in a family’s day, which never fails to brighten mine.
How long have you worked with Zest Care?
